Clean room with a large comfortable bed. Air conditioner is dedicated to the room and easy to control. Small kitchen was a bonus
Nothing worth mentioning.

The room had plenty of amenities, full stove, full size refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom mirrors were well lit. There were tea and coffee making facilities. There was a nice view from the window. The buffet breakfast was good.
The room was hot and stuffy. The air conditioner (or, at least, the cooling function) did not work at all. The room lights could only be switched off from one side of the bed.

Cleanlines, staff, location (only 10kms from the city & tram nearby).

The gym was the best part I could think of.
- For the room I was allocated, the quality was average and felt run-down, but poor soundproofing made the sleeping experience disruptive. The lift's movement noise carried through the walls, which was disappointing.
- The bathroom layout and space in my room were small and weirdly designed! You will end up brushing your elbows, knees and head when using the shower and other areas.
- Pillow quality and bed stability not the best.
- Check-in experience was longer than expected, as they had aviation crew and tourists.
- Breakfast was not worth the money or the morning experience. Fried eggs are free, and for omelettes you pay A$6 extra, interesting pricing policy! Staff morale felt low, and it showed in the dry service levels... probably a short-staffed effect!
