Loved the Spa. Food delicious. Staff very friendly.
Our bedroom was cold on arrival & it took two phone calls to reception to request some assistance. A maintenance man arrived with a heater but was unable to deal with the problem. We also found the bar area to be very draughty & cold

Very friendly staff. Good food at the restaurant . Easy access from Dublin.
The carpet was dirty, and the hotel room are connected to the next room by a door. It was very noisy, especially with weddings taking place all weekend. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

the garden walk was nice, the room was clean, the pool was nice as well. lovely receoption staff and the chargers for electric cars is a nice touch as well.
staff in the couch house were abysmal. never would I go there again. the other restaurant staff were very attentive. the cold plunge could do with a clean as well ... full of the grass.... no aircon or fans available ....
