Food and drinks were excellent

Check out online. Very close to where we needed to be for the weekend. Decor very modern. Served food late. Lovely cocktails
Paying for parking in under ground carpark when we were guests. Could be more options on food menu. Toilets were being renovated at the time. Could be more in restaurant/reception area instead of having to go downstairs

The staff were very friendly, the place was kept beautiful clean with a lovely warm atmosphere and room service was very quick.
The food was a bit over priced....we ordered the chicken stack whish was basically a sandwich and not worth the price but the chicken wings were beautiful. It would have been nice if the tv offered Netflix.

Location. Parking, room, staff, reception, bus service to city / airport. Lounge service ok!
Lounge is 'cold' and not particularly comfortable. Food is (at best) OK! Breakfast 'a bit pricey'. Overall it's a reasonably well run operation.
