2 bed apartment was great with huge balcony overlooking pool. Staff very pleasant and place was very clean.
Not much negative to say. Food options could be better and distance to town is not far but not close either!

Have stayed at pelican several times before and always find it very relaxing, the property never seems crowded
Pool umbrellas are cheap and several don’t stay open, need replacing with better quality, bathroom fittings need attention, toilet pan and bidet loose and move, needs refitting properly, relaxer chairs could be provided on balcony

Style of the hotel, pool area.
Lack of maintenance to room (incorrect showerhead, smelly drain/WC, jets on bath shut-off). Male shaver hair around the sink. Would have complained but only stayed one night.
Lack of restaurants within walking distance.
