Really great value for money - deluxe family room with two bedrooms, huge size. Different sized pillows were provided with is great. Bar food was really nice, timely service, nice staff. Pool clean - but small so bare mind can get busy. Very good breakfast - plenty of options.
Room hardware and furniture slightly dated but aware that the hotel is having ongoing renovations so fully expect that will be addressed in time.
Pool changing rooms, sauna and steam room were dirty which was the only let down as there was no need for them to be - pool facilities in general good knick.

Nice room and hotel, enjoyed the stay. Close to the town centre (15min walk) would stay again
Chlorine smell of the pool, we had the room nect to the swimming pool so there was a light smell.

Great location for our trip as we were attending a concert in the nearby arena, so ideally located between that & the town centre. Beds very comfy & staff helpful with our requests of extra towels & teas/coffees. Nice neat menu in the bar & we had food with drinks the first evening which was good value.

Rooms were stylish but bathrooms older style. Good location with lots of parking. Staff friendly and helpful.
Bathrooms outdated and lighting poor especially trying to get ready early morning. Hair-dryer hard to access as it was attached to the drawer. Breakfast was a huge disappointment and not worth adding on unless you want the convenience.
