The staff were superb, courteous, efficient and friendly; the pools and other facilities were excellent and we were pleased with our choice of accommodation.
There was only one negative: the noise from the road outside was very loud and intrusive. Motor bikes, in particular, were the noisiest we have heard outside of a race track. This is not, of course, in any way the fault of the complex's management.

Location, parking, washing and drying machine in the apartment made our stay much easier. We prefer travel light and need to do the washing on a daily basis.
Dish washer
The pillows. They were ancient. Thin. No good whatsoever. My sleep was so uncomfortable, my back still hurts.
The apartment located on the first floor right above gym in front of the parking lot. We had to stay with closed curtains all the time in order to not to be on display. Loud music from the gym. No view.
The blanket seemed dirty.
