Very central location, you can walk to all the places.
The bathroom is my main complaint. Once the light is on, you can see the person clearly from the outside. Not very private for a family with adult child.

Close to city center. Good breakfast. Helpful staff.
Small bathroom. Needed more outlets for charging devices near beds.

The room was basic but perfectly acceptable although I would not have shared it with anyone - it was a double with single occupancy. But at least the television worked and I got BBC World News - all too often hotel remotes are a night mare. The breakfast was good - self service buffet with pretty well everything you could want. The location was fine although about a block and a half too far from what I regard as the edge of the old city - I walk with a stick and it was a hike from the three bridges but have to say I never felt unsafe walking home in the evening. I did find the staff very obliging
I found the fact that the reception was on the seventh floor a bit of a problem as there did seem when you got there and wanted to sit outside on the roof terrace or the lounge that there were some very steep stairs with inadequate handrails to be negotiated. My room was on the 6th floor so there was a lot of waiting for the lift to take me up, then back down again and while one needed the plastic card to access my room floor - it was also the key to my room - I could never work out when the door to the floor would be locked.

Great location, good value for money, comfortable beds.
Bathroom door is almost see-through which can be uncomfortable depending on who you are staying with. Unfortunately nobody came to clean the room during our stay despite us turning the light on asking for the room to be cleaned up. There is a bar / lounge area but apparently we were being too loud and got told off several times in a very unfriendly manner (even during the day). We obviously did not mean to be disrespectful so we apologised and we left after being told off, but if the hotel offers a bar, people are going to talk and laugh, that’s part of the deal. The rules were not clear to me, it did not really make sense.
