Check in quick and easy. Elevators, and ramps for suitcases and disabled access. Restaurant, & Cafe Nice bar and lobby area. Plenty of eateries nearby to choose from. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious, with lots of variety. Deep tub in the bathroom. Lots of towels. Giant full length mirror in the room and an extra magnified mirror in the bathroom. The bed, sheets, and pillows were divine. Room was spacious. Plug-ins were conventiently placed. This is a family owned hotel with personalized service. This is the only hotel in Fatima for me!
Nothing. I thought it perfect.

The Staff was superb give us all the attention we need, especially because we travel with family needed wheelchairs.
The breakfast was good but considering the level of the Hotel we expected a little better. Some guest in the room next to us forgot that they were in a hotel and speck loud considering it was midnight.

Great location for Fátima shrine. Easy to get around.
It is really worn down. Needs a refurbishing. Tiny beds. Felt like a child.
