The breakfast was very good plenty to choose from and the location of the hotel was amazing right beside the marina. Also liked the free shuttle boat out to the beach.
The indoor pool was ice cold and a pity about the pool on the roof still a building site, apart from that would come back when the pool on the roof is completed.

Amazing marina and nature reserve views from the 5th floor breakfast room. It was such a lovely experience to eat whilst gazing out over the Ria Formosa with a pianist playing in the background.
Breakfasts were varied and plentiful - loved the glasses of mimosa which were included. One morning we were given a fresh flower each on arriving for breakfast.
Rooms are clean and comfortable. I had a city view room but did not experience any street noise.
Location perfect for the old town, shops, restaurants, buses, trains and boat trips
Reception staff helpful and friendly even when very busy.
The free boat trip to the beach was appreciated and very much enjoyed.
The indoor pool was cold and jacuzzi out of order.
Corridors were very dimly lit

Great hotel located right on the seafront & close to restaurants. We were very kindly upgraded to a suite for our 1-night stay, we loved the balcony & view thank you! Lovely facilities including spa, bar & restaurant. Also great selection and quality breakfast, would stay again!
Some noise due to proximity to airport.

Ease of booking and check in
No coffee machine in the bedroom.
No conditioner in the bathroom.
Terrible hairdryer.
Ordered sharing plates on the evening we arrived & asked for everything to be served at the same time. The sliced fruit arrived about 20 minutes after we had eaten.
Informed staff that we would require breakfast before 7am, told it would be laid out in the foyer. It was the worst ever. Cake, muffins & overripe whole fruit. Not even a plate on which to put the food.
