Quiet at night, clean, close to station and town (though little immediately around). The staff on reception and in the bar/reception are very helpful, professional and pleasant. The bar/lobby/cafe is modern and clean.
Carpets need changing, they feel a bit dirty. Nothing to do with cleaning - they are just old.

Central location in Coventry. Great breakfast options. Comfortable room. Friendly staff.
Room bedding a bit worn out. Noisy guests outside the room woke us up at night.

Very clean and staff were all accommodating. They gave us tea bags and coffee to take to our bedroom. They treated us with respect

Location, sufficient parking & breakfast was decent
None of the TV channels were active.
There is no duvet on the bed, just a very thin somewhat duvet, the room was cold on return to the room it took ages for me to fall asleep due to feeling cold. There was a mobile radiator in the cupboard abit old fashioned. The thermostat on the wall didn't seem to be working.
No acknowledgment from Cleaning staff totally ignored me as I walked passed her in the AM going to breakfast
