Staff were great. The room was always clean and thanks for the upgrade.
I booked it twice upidoo said on that they would refund the money as it was only 24 hrs when I changed the date. Wich was 1 week before before I was due to stay there.
I would recommend to anyone NOT to go through them...

Was good value for money. Very clean as well. Staff were polite. Used scooter to get to and from property. 2 options with ferry service which were good.
Stayed 3 nights. Got on my Facebook account and add for point hotel offering free breakfast.
Would have been nice to get that offer when I checked in

The restaurant was brilliant, great dining experience.
Parking ticket when using on street parking outside the hotel. Brisbane council comes there every day and there are parts of the street without clear signage. The council will not give first offenders any slack (even though they say they will on the website)
