Friendly staff on reception
A little out dated, never had our breakfast plates cleared regardless of us being finished & staff cleaning tables around us.

The room was cold.Didn’t like the fact if you don’t book through them you have to pay for the pool spa etc.

Location & facilities
The rooms are dated & need some TLC.
Apart from the Duty Manager many of the staff appeared uninterested and lacking of customer service skills with very limited guest interaction.
Not even a good morning/afternoon/evening when walking through reception.
