It was fine, a little noisy on Friday as there was live entertainment on in the pub below our bedroom.
Could have been quieter and bed a little hard

Room was clean and spacious.
Breakfast let it down a bit. Mushrooms weren’t cooked properly and sausages both meat and meat free weren’t very nice.

The bed was comfortable and good size room with lots of storage. Iron and ironing board in the room which is good
The bar area had a strange smell and it desperately needs refurbishing both inside and out. The carpets are all stained
The breakfast seemed to be made up of cheap sausage and beans but to be honest I wouldn't have enjoyed it otherwise due to the odour in lounge area. Our bedroom wardrobe obviously wasn't checked as there was an empty bottle of lucozade left in there. One of our bedroom windows had curtains that didn't even cover the window and net curtains are as old as the hills. I was amazed they had usb ports
Sadly I wouldn't recommend this place except for the comfy bed and the staff
