Great location, clean, bed very comfortable, nice hot shower, coffee in the room was great. Male receptionist was great, helped with my case.
No ramp on internal stairs for suitcase. Female receptionist should look at someone when she first addresses them not look at computer, very rude but she did help with my case when asked.

Great location, clean room and good staff
Noisy.. right next to the elevator and could hear the mechanism every single time it went up or down.
No room service, lunch or dinner available

Location is perfect for travelling without a car. Staff are friendly and rooms are comfortable.

Water was hot
Room was cold and uninviting, carpet looked old and unclean. Bed moved as you tied to get in and out. Felt like room was an afterthought
