Very handy location close to sea front. Good value for money. Warm room.

lovely room, handy having a sink in there (good lighting in front of the mirror too which is a nice touch), and the shared bathroom was absolutely fine. allowed my little dog to stay as well, and the owners were so friendly!
nothing - we were really pleased.

Rooms are clean, warm and comfortable. Even with the shared bathroom, the bedroom has a sink so you can at least brush your teeth in the bedroom!
Bed was not very comfortable.

Location
Tiny single room. Not in main house but stayed in Ystwyth (rooms in main house may be better…not sure?). Sadly not clean or particularly welcoming. Lock on landing bathroom door not working (not an ensuite room). More like a hostel room. However you pay for what you get (£35)
