Room was ocean facing .. location was next to ocean and bed was the best one .. all are great
we need to tell multiple times to change bed cover and once the room was not cleaned properly which i found at night .. not expected from the high standard hotel

Rooms and facilities are modern & well maintained.
The pool area needs better children supervision with kids bombing in the pool along with umbrellas for shade.

The room was extremely clean and superb view.
We had to ask three times for the same thing (roll away bed).

Fantastic location, clean and quiet modern rooms, great pool and location
Lack of eye contact and warm welcoming from staff (not all but a few). Additionally have been double charged for room after check out, over charged for parking and untimely response to resolve. Make sure to triple ask for receipt and confirm no extra charges, my credit card took some unexpected hits after check out.
