Large comfy beds, fridge in room and fabulous shower with Crabtree and Evelyn products. The air con temperature control was so accurate and kept the room as we liked it and the TV was massive and a joy to watch. The staff were super friendly and helpful, too. Very professional. We asked for fresh milk, which they gave us with no question.
No bath and no flannels. Would have brought one but wrongly assumed were supplied along with towels. My fault.
Food in bar and restaurant on pricey side, but uber eats readily delivered a takeaway to reception for us.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We loved the location. It was easy to walk to the airport.
The light in the room could have been better.

The lobby and entrance and the breakfast was good
Room basic for what we paid and electric car charging points were not working, I specifically booked this hotel to charge car having driven from Newcastle and the staff member could not have cared less.
