The staff were all lovely and very helpful.
The welcome biscuit was much enjoyed by my husband, but no gluten free biscuit available for myself. That was disappointing, as the gluten free provision was otherwise quite good, especially the gluten free corner for breakfast. It is so easy to buy good quality gluten free biscuits, I don’t understand why that is not possible, and then I would have felt as welcome as my husband. The staff really were excellent.

Beds very comfortable. Bathroom roomy.
There was no tea or coffee in the room. If I had asked they would have brought it to me but I managed without.

Nice building and has lots of facilities such as a gym. The restaurant was good and the food was very nice. The room was comfy. I had a nice desk to do my work on.
the fact you have to pay for parking when there is nothing else nearby was frustrating - i am sure everyone who goes there drives so just include the cost in your price and not have it as a surcharge. The gym equipment was tired and needed some updating and repairs. Paid for Wi-Fi at a brand like Double Tree seems a bit disappointing too. I couldn't turn the AC on and the room was very warm.
