Very quiet location. Off the road so no noise at all in the rooms. Good lodge on site for pub food and drink
Breakfast planning was poor. Food was ok but all the basics were lacking. No stocking up of essential items - bread for toaster, mugs for coffee machine, juice and milk! If this had been sorted then it would have been excellent value

We stay here quite a bit as our grandchildren live nearby. The rooms and beds are comfortable. It’s in a nice location with a canal at the back which is nice to walk along. Pastures Lodge opposite is a nice pub and restaurant and our granddaughter loves the soft play area.
Think the decor in the rooms could do with a bit of updating

easy check in, quiet location, helpful staff. plenty of parking, short walk to room. nice looking bar area.
shower was perfect. although too strong for the shower tray and overflowed onto the floor, which was the only small issue.
a couple more towels would have been helpful when staying in a family room.
