The hotel was in a beautiful setting and we stayed here as my nephews wedding reception was here so it was ideal, the scenery around is stunning. The staff were all professional, friendly and accommodating and I would most definitely stay there again. You could walk right down to the waterfall paying just £2 (the steps are steep though!) and see the three bridges and it was breathtaking and it was only round the corner.
There was no lift which wasn’t a problem for me but may be for other people if you had lots of luggage but I’m sure in no doubt that the staff would help.

Friendly staff. Good quality food. Comfy and sufficiently equipped rooms.
The only issue was a lack of chef on the first morning. Breakfast was advertised from 8am. I needed to be out by about 8:30am, and had explained this to the reception the previous evening. The chef did not arrive until about 8:30am. I had only toast (which I toasted myself) and coffee. I explained that evening that this was not really worth the money as the breakfast part of the B&B rate. I was offered (and took) a free starter in the evening as recompense. I wasn't really planning on having a starter though..... I have subsequently heard similar stories about breakfast being a similar problem.

Room was lovely, amazing view and very comfy bed
Parking is a little walk up from the hotel but it really didn’t matter and would not stop me coming back.

The location
Overpriced, food was average, took too long to arrive, we had to ask for the table to be cleaned. Breakfast was poor and cost £20 each !!
