Breakfast was very good. Great choice, plenty of food. Quality of food was good too. Everything we wanted was there. Staff were attentive and when asked for extra items were happy to provide them. Nice experience.

Building itself was lovely, looked smart & well kept on arrival.
Restaurant was good with kids, friendly staff - especially Derek.
Breakfast buffet good quality & lots of options.
Pool & health club very nice - our kids (6 & 3) loved it!
Charging an additional £7 for parking.
The additional £50 holding desposit, makes the overall stay feel more expensive and isn't clear why needed.
Lack of hair conditioner in room toiletries, not great for female guests :)

Perfect spot for visiting Harry Potter Studios. Only a short uber away. It was also very handy to have an indoor pool and shop nearby. The staff here are excellent. I cannot rate them enough, seem to work long hours effortlessly and are always friendly and helpful. My only downfall is that I did not tip them enough.
We happened to stay in a room that sounded like a tank was above our room. It was refilling at certain times at night. There were a few stains on the room carpet but thats to be expected for a family fun inn and is very affordable. A lot of happy families staying there. I think the pros and affordability outweigh the cons.

Good for motorway traffic one night stop , good swimming pool, evening meal passable but not great. Breakfast not good, cold plates and not very hot food
Noisy from road traffic. Bed too hard but mainly dreadful breakfast
