No breakfast
Room was a bit tight around the bed.
Milk tea and coffee would be nice, we had to go the shop and buy some. Clean towels after 3 days not six would be nice.

The location is so easily accessible to the tube. The best. The kitchen was so usable and the grocery store was close.

Spacious apartment in great location
Stayed for seven nights and only offered to change towels and bedding after six nights seemed impractical...should have been a complete change on day 4

After 2 nights, we were given a change of apartment onto the third floor with a much more accessible room from the lifts and though this was still rather warm, we could open the window (though it had a tendency to close by itself, so we had to prop an empty water bottle to keep the window open). The layout of the kitchenette and bathroom was much better in this apartment, than in the ground floor apartment. Very convenient to have a washing machine to use.
We were initially given a ground floor apartment which was at one end of a very long corridor - not much fun dragging suitcases over several stairs and carpeted area.
To top this off, the windows could be opened but there was noise on the outside street, which was 24/7, and people smoking which then made the place smell of smoke within the apartment.
The heat was stifling and with only a desk fan in 85% humidity, the room was always very hot and uncomfortable.
