We loved the feeling we got from the hotel. It just felt right. The young lady who checked us in who also served us in the bar and later served us in the restaurant was lovely, very friendly very helpful very polite, she deserves a pay rise, unfortunately I didn't get her name but she couldn't do enough for us. Our room was amazing, incredibly spacious clean and comfortable. With plenty of hot water. The food was delicious with lots of choice. This hotel is just perfect, not trying to be too flash but just enough to make you feel special. There is a lovely outdoor dining area and covered seating area with heaters, even in October it was a beautiful place to sit and have a drink. We will definitely be returning, we loved it. Thank you

The breakfast was average. I am a Muslim and had to skip the cooked menue because it is not halal
I was given room no 1 which was dim and small.. For the first three nights. the floor was not vacuumed, the bed was not made and the floor was flooded everytime I showered. It was after I complained that things improved.
