All staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was excellent with hot items freshly prepared. Room was clean. Bathroom was outstanding - luxurious bath and shower. Gym and pool facilities good
Gym required a deep clean and daily cleaning to be monitored more closely.

The Hotel was very cold especially when the witches convention was on the front door was left open all day, there was no heating on. Our hotel room was cold so they moved us to a room that had heating which was so much better Thank You.
