The location is great, room was lovely and clean, very comfortable.
The automated checkin system is useless, it's so bad we were beginning to think it was a scam. and we heard when out in Camberwell that other people had experienced similar problems. A simple phone number directly to someone in the hotel and/or a direct email system for the hotel would solve this. The management have far too much faith in tech toys and not enough belief in simple human contact.
