The staff were friendly and helpful. Great buffet breakfast with a great selection. Clean room and bedding.
It was a bit further from the centre of Broughty Ferry than we anticipated. Bed was uncomfortable. We had a 2 night stay and there was no housekeeping during our stay. The charges for the leisure facilities this should be free for residents. The hotel is a bit tired looking and would benefit from a complete refurbishment.

Beautiful setting, fantastic trees surrounding the hotel and glorious view of the sunrise over the ocean from our 3rd floor room.
Pleasant staff😊
Comfortable beds.
Good value for money.
Breakfast was fine but not as good as other reviews claimed.
Paper thin walls, can hear other guests conversations.
No lift, lugging bags up several flights of stairs.
Coffee with breakfast was bad.
