Shower was very weak

Rooms are clean spacious and comfortable. Staff are brilliant, esp Emily B in the restaurant. Great decor throughout. Gym and pool good, never been too busy. Breakfast also plentiful and tasty.
Our second visit, our second time very delayed service in restaurant. Food is good, waiting staff lovely, but they prioritize the conferences from kitchen so it can mean delays and lack of options in main restaurant.

Spacious, clean, warm.
The milk in plastic pots. The poor quality tea & coffee. Having to wait ages to get a drink @ breakfast from the machine

The staff were very pleasant, friendly, helpful..... 5 star plus.
The swimming pool was great.
The complimentary drinks and snacks in the room were a pleasant surprise..
The happy anniversary card in the room was very thoughtful and greatly appreciated.
Chilling out in the bar, watching England play football, saved the day.....well done England!
Very corporate building, decor, meals. Not suitable for special occasions such as wedding anniversaries. Our evening dinner was extremely salty and disappointing. The soup was so salty that it was inedible. The steak was salty. The pie was salty and dry.
The meal almost ruined our anniversary. We were going to eat out but wanted to enjoy a complete anniversary experience at what we thought would be a special 25th wedding anniversary treat.
Lack of parking.
