An amazing stay from beginning to end! My daughter and I visited for a relaxing spa break and could not have been happier with our experience. The hotel, spa facilities, and overall atmosphere were outstanding.
The staff were exceptional, providing professional and friendly service throughout our stay. A huge thank you to Malcolm, the General Manager, who was absolutely wonderful. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and clearly takes great pride in ensuring guests feel looked after. His personal touch made a lasting impression on us both.
We had a truly memorable stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. We can't wait to visit again!
Leaving to go home!

Beautiful grounds, outstanding facilities and wonderful friendly staff. Our evening meal was delicious, as was the breakfast!

Beautiful property but decor is a little tired.
Had to pay extra for the spa which was the reason we stayed. The spa is in a poor state. Sauna door didn’t close properly, hot tub rubber tiles in a poor state and sides are worn all over. Generally needs an update

The spa was very tired. There were tiles missing all over the place, and it didn't look so clean. Wherever you sat, there were a couple of square tiles missing.
I was just surprised it's in a five-star hotel. We ordered a superior room, and the facilities in it were quite basic. The room was plenty nice and sized, but there was no TV menu and no online services. Although the TV says it can do it, you couldn't get on Netflix or anything at all. With any TV, you could watch by just flicking through channels and hoping for the best. It's not what I would call a five-star hotel.
