The hotel has a very good location and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I particularly appreciated the balcony and the overall accessibility of the area.
One drawback was the smell coming from the restaurant downstairs, which affected the comfort of the room at certain times.

Comfortable room. Decent size and clean.
A reasonable location for the bus station but a long way from the city.

Easy to find on my arrival late at night at Sofia Central bus station and relatively simple to access using code supplied. Bed was comfy , hotel quiet and decent shower.

Clean and comfortable bed, and affordable.
We didn’t love the location however that is on us for not checking more thoroughly. The shower head didn’t stay up so we had mid body height showers but again, we didn’t mention this to the staff (we were also out all day every day so didn’t see anyone until check out). It was also confusing having a mini fridge in the room but then discovering upon arrival that we were not allowed to have food in the rooms.

"Cleanliness. Spacious room – I’d recommend it next time – and the staff were very polite."
