There was plenty of food and drink available. The selection was fairly basic, but generally good. Our room was cleaned every day, and we appreciated the housekeeping team’s efforts.
We weren’t lucky with the weather, which highlighted the limited indoor activities. The indoor pool’s heating wasn’t working, and although the manager told us it would be repaired, this didn’t happen during our stay.
The condition of the carpets also affected the overall impression of cleanliness. This seemed to be a maintenance issue rather than a reflection of the cleaners’ work, as they cleaned our room daily. Clearer communication about the facilities and better follow-through from management would have improved our experience.

Family friendly and perfect for what we were looking for. Lots of activities for the kids. Fabulous location by the Black Sea
Facilities were basic and decor is a bit dated but that didn’t take away from the kids enjoyment.

Nice in general. Good is good: Pools are cool. So many trees in area
Beach is not managed at all. Bad smell, dirty and some angry lifeguard shouting to others. Next to hotel there is another beach where it is clean and peaceful, many guests from hotel go there and pay extra.
