Gorgeous grounds, lovely room, super clean and beautiful gardens. The beach is breathtaking, this is our 5th visit to Thailand and this beach is possibly the most beautiful one. The food at “O” the Italian restaurant was fantastic and the breakfast were fantastic.
Two minor things that could be improved : the Thai food supplied by the restaurants breeze and the buzz cafe were not the best. The other thing is it wasn’t clear to us that the shuttle boat takes you back to the main land, and not the pier on Koh Samet. The pier in Ban Phe is called the Ao Prao Pier which confused us (assumed that was the pier on Ao Prao beach), meaning we ended up buying tickets for boats we didn’t actually need, and when we missed our boat due to a delayed flight communication with the hotel about a private boat, they said from Ao Prao Pier and didn’t specify this was on the main land. I may have misunderstood but I think clear communication about the shuttle boat being from the main land would help future guests avoid confusion and spending money they don’t need to.

The location is amazing as is a half secluded beach that is share with two more resorts plus the people that comes for a day trip much better than the main beach at Sai Kaew.
Breakfast was good. Nothing fancy but enough for to start the day.
The best was the private boat that take you to the island. The process is super smooth since you arrive to the beautiful private pier, they take your bags from there and you will see them at your room.
Amazing service.
It’s a little far away from the main town in case you want to go for a different meal or get something from 7/11. Around 10min ride / 30min walk. The taxis will charge a flat rate to 200thb for one way.

Great location on the beach on the quieter side of the island but less than a 10 min 200BHT tuk tuk ride over to the town. A nice cocktail bar next door and a fabulous restaurant Buzz Coco Club where we had our best meals of the trip. Authentic Thai style tropical resort with a lovely pool, nice spacious rooms, comfortable beds and good air conditioning. The porters were excellent and friendly helping with luggage on arrival and departure.
We were underwhelmed by breakfast, both the food and the service were average.

Very helpful staff, Supervisor looks detailed for the staff who are on training.
The beach is very dirty, rubbish all over, they get this not under control even with the daily cleaning! (Sad of how the island getting seeing damaged) Paradee Hotel is an alternative to this place who is the same owner but very expensive. They have it under control.
