Immaculate rooms, beautiful SPA, good food

A bit lacking in personality , not the best English as a result it was difficult to communicate with some of the reception staff.

Location, style, quality were all fantastic.

Staff weren’t very friendly. Wouldn’t let me drink a bottle of water from the 7/11 by the pool, but would let people bring their own water bottles… Then no waiting staff by the pool bar for most of my time spent there. Then I was made to sit in reception until housekeeping checked my room at check out, assuming to check I hadn’t taken anything!? All seemed like they were suspicious of paying guests. Don’t worry, I wasn’t going to steal your towels.

no additional water bottle allowed in the room. staff don't want to give any additional facilities. all the rules are fixed!
