All the staff were amazing and very accommodating. The buffet breakfast was top tier, and had a great variety of different food across multiple cuisines. All the food we ate here was delicious including the two beachfront restaurants that Diamond Cliff also owns. The pricing was a bit more than the local non resort owned establishments, but that's expected and it was still great value. The large pool was a great place to relax and the swim up bar was a treat! I didn't use the small pool, but it is conveniently located next to the restaurant and some people had a swim straight after breakfast. The room I stayed in was huge and had fantastic views! I couldn't ask for anything more!
I personally like a laundromat or somewhere I can do my own laundry. The resort did have a laundry service that charges different prices per item, I didn't end up using it though. Laundry services where other people do your laundry and charge by item or weight seemed to be the go to in Thailand in general though. So it's not a fault of the resort in any way, just a personal preference.

It was gorgeous. The onsite spa, multiple pools, and restaurants were all amazing! They also knew it was my husband’s birthday without us saying anything, and surprised him with a treat in our room!
That we didn’t get to stay longer.

Only the room size
1- the room locations are not at all nice . You have to walk up long long staircases in order to get to your room. I booked a sweet and it was on the 9th floor , an extremely bad location. Will not recommend to anyone.
2- breakfast room is located in the open with high ceiling fans not helpful at all and you are sitting and eating in the heat by sweating through out. Extremely bad. Not recommended at all
