Good location in MAD downtown. Ok for one night.
Very small room.

I had a really lovely stay! The staff were absolutely wonderful, incredibly kind and friendly. The room was very clean, and when I asked for an extra pillow, they provided one straight away without any problem. They also kindly allowed me to leave my luggage after check-out and collect it later in the afternoon, which was really convenient.
The only thing I would mention is the room size. I didn’t realise there were seven different categories of single rooms, and I happened to book the smallest one, which was honestly tiny! 😅 However, for a two-night stay, it was perfectly manageable.
My advice would be to choose a standard single room rather than the smallest option, as the latter really is extremely small.
Apart from that, everything was fantastic! The location is perfect, the staff are incredibly efficient and welcoming, and I genuinely enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this place!

The staff was very nice and helpful. We left our luggage after checkout, and when we went back to get it, they asked us if we wanted to use the restroom, which was very thoughtful.
The location is very nice, but at night, you might hear drunk people yelling and screaming in the alley.
