Property overall is clean and well mantained.
Rooms do no look as clean as the other parts of the hotel.
AWFUL!!! Check-in process was long, the lady at the front desk charge multiple times my credit cards, and at the end she charged the “security deposit” they hold for damages, even though the room was perfect. This mistake had me in a chain of emails with their finance team, Kevin and Robert, one month after I had to dispute this amount with my bank because they stopped answering. I never had a experience like this anywhere else, just avoid the trouble of a bad customer team.
And more to say, the night shows were consistently boring.

The hotel is beautiful. The room was quiet, an ample size, the air conditioner worked very well and the bed was very comfortable. The entire staff was extremely attentive, helpful and made us feel like royalty. It was my twin daughter’s 37th birthdays, and several restaurants, the pool staff & DJ all did something special for them each day. We did notify the concierge several weeks in advance, and they even decorated their rooms for their birthdays. My 8 year old granddaughter loved the staff and the activities at the Kids Club. We really enjoyed the many different delicious food choices. We hired the hotel photographer and got the best family group photos and videos. At breakfast on our last day, the restaurant staff came to tell us goodbye. We didn’t tell them, but somehow they knew it was our last day. The staff at this hotel is a cut above the rest. We did not want to leave!
The tile around the pool needs attention in some spots.

The amount of lounge chairs- but the chairs that were more inland - it would be nice if they had umbrellas
The pizza at the pool- it was not horrible but it was very doughy. Did not like. Other than that the pool service, food from ceviche ría and drinks were good.

I liked that it was spacious and great views
The staff at reception, one lift not working at all, poor quality food at the Mo’s, ice cream machine not working for 4 days in a row, drinking from worn down plastic glasses at the pool
