We returned back to hotel after travelling back from PEN , this time we didnt book the club room , but loved the rooms we had 416 and 418 which had a terrace near the bar and pool area . Would request these rooms again . Had a fridge freezer and mircowave .
There is a laundry room , which we used.
Hotel is in a great location for the MRT and a shopping centre across the main road.

After staying in theses rooms I wouldnt book the club room, because we didnt feel we got value for money.
Club floor was dull and not a great deal of chioce in drinks and snacks. 17 floor
The coffee out of the machine was not hot.
we had to go to the pool bar for drinks and light food and didnt feel specail . Club food that was offered was not great ,crackers for the cheese were stale and a lots of dishes were repeated night after night.

Nice clean facilities, nothing fancy but very comfortable
Slightly musty/mouldy in first room but they changed our room straight away and were very hospitable

The only area for comment is the pool area and pool are a little dated and would benefit from some serious upgrade to improve and make enjoyable …

I Want to start by highly commendind your reception staff and porter service. Our arrival and check in experience was absolutely excellent - team was incredibly quick , welcoming and efficient which made us feel highly valued right from the start
How ever the club room facilities were disappointing and dining options were not up to par and could use. some improvement
club room is on the 17 floor with a few soft drinks and coffee machine and no atomospher
may be at small afternoon tea would be a good idea
club floor could do with a refurbishmnt and offer more snacks not just biscuits. coffee was cold
