Was treated like a queen. Best service I have ever had. They thought of everything including your own water cooler box on the beach!

I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and I'm very happy to say it exceeded my expectations. I have stayed in very few hotels that matched the attention to detail of the Sharq's staff - Shahadat, who was in charge of the cleaning service of our room, even fastened the cables of our chargers with velcro cable-ties! Such forthcomingness and attention to us made our stay unforgettable.
There was nothing that I didn't like, but if I had to nitpick, it was just the slight delay in waiting for room service. Staff always apologised, however. Also, the private beach could do better with more facilities to wash your feet from the sand before entering the rooms.

We had a wonderful stay at Sharq Village & Spa. The hotel is beautiful, and the service was truly exceptional.
I would especially like to thank Mr. Marouane, the Manager on Duty. He was extremely helpful, highly professional, and genuinely caring. He made sure that our stay was comfortable and memorable.
I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to Ms. Diana from Guest Relations for her kindness, professionalism, and excellent support.
Both Mr. Marouane and Ms. Diana are outstanding representatives of the hotel. Their exceptional hospitality made our experience truly special. I highly recommend Sharq Village & Spa and look forward to staying there again.
