What a delightful surprise this hotel was! Camille at reception is a gem. She gave this tired driver directions to the secure parking area, but as I was so tired I missed the entrance about 3 times I ended up calling her and she ran out through the garden to find me and guide me in. The room was quite large for a French hotel, the garden was spectacular, the breakfast was delicious, and the location made walking around Albi super easy. Also nice seating area off the reception and a mini-fridge with cold water for our walks.
As with most of our hotels, we wished for a few more electrical outlets.

The hostelleri is a very cosy and nice hotel in an previous old monatstery. It's family owned, very clean and proper. The staff and Mme la patronne were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. I extended my stay from 2 to 3 nighs, I was very pleased. Specially I liked the furniture not only of the public rooms in the hotel but also of the room and the choice of fabrics.
The only thing which could be improved would be a few more electric plugs.
