Food at the hotel was excellent
Rooms were a little on the small side, no doors on bathroom

Fantastic property, great facilities and ambience. Fine for spending all of your time at the resort, but close enough to explore Agios Nikolaus.
The only problem is some difficulties with service. Although the staff is cheerful and eager to help, I think overall service is slightly short of a 5 star rating. Examples; we were originally given a substandard room despite reserving an upgraded room , front desk staff on the weekend seemed a bit disinterested in helping guests getting umbrellas or room transport during a major rain storm, room telephones not working.

The hotel, staff, restaurants, room and location were exceptional.

I booked a waterfront room, but I feel that because I made the reservation through Booking.com, I was given one of the worst rooms in that category. Unlike all the rooms next to us, which had direct access from their rooms to their sunbeds and the sea, our room had no direct access at all. To reach our sunbeds and access the sea, we actually had to walk around and pass through the entrance area of another room. It was extremely inconvenient and definitely not what I expected when booking a waterfront room. I complained but they didn’t care
