Hotel staff is very kind and attentive.
Many restaurants. Good breakfast, though to my liking not many healthy options.
Aquarium is amazing. Kids love aquapark, unless you have a fast track - waiting time is too long.
Train with legends program was fun 🤍
Some of the rooms smell damp, we ve been moved to another room it was better , but not fully gone. Believe the ventilation and a/c system requires serious upgrade. Anyway for the price charged per room I believe this is something unacceptable.
Gym has no changing room or shower facilities - really?!
All the activities in the hotel are charged extra - you can’t even use a sauna without paying extra.
Again considering starting cost of the room you expect such a things to be included , but not here.

Everything. Just amazing service, amazing food, extraordinary interior design, fun for the kids. Just a dream hotel.
The price :). But frankly its worth every penny.

Fabulous breakfast, with a wide variety of fruits and delicacies from various countries. Very good service.

It’s beautiful, we come here every year, the staff as outstanding,
It has gone down in level of service from the previous years, it’s a little rundown.
