Breakfast was Very good as was the bar and restaurant. The staff were very good too.
We were put into a new connected building which meant a fair walk whilst they had been advised that my wife was disabled.
The duvet was very small and really meant for just one bed not two joined beds, we were told we should have contacted reception but it was late and we were very tired.

I requested a quiet room with a large double bed, which the hotel kindly arranged. After a long journey across Europe, a good night's sleep was exactly what I needed, and Serwir Hotel delivered.
The bed was wonderfully comfortable, with an extra-large duvet, a choice of medium and firm pillows, and high-quality bed linen. The room was spotless, with a lovely bathroom and air conditioning. I also appreciated the hotel bar, restaurant and enjoyable breakfast the following morning.
Overall, a very pleasant and relaxing stay. I would happily return and recommend Serwir Hotel to others.
If I were to suggest one improvement, it would be a larger TV with access to streaming services such as Netflix. However, since I was only staying for one night and mainly needed some proper rest, it really wasn't an issue. 😉

Beautiful hotel in a lovely location. Great breakfast, room was clean, spacious and comfortable.
I felt like I had to wait for staff every time I approached the front desk or for breakfast… just nowhere to be seen. Staff were pleasant when I did find them though.

It was a good location. The hotel was modern and rooms comfortable.
I was disappointed in the meal in the restaurant. We had the burger, the description didn’t match the meal. I was kept awake in the night due to the room Next Door a lady having noisy sex for quite a long time.
