A great stay in a fantastic, walkable location very close to the Grand Place and major attractions. The staff at reception were exceptionally nice, and we loved the thoughtful touches like the free coffee and water machine. Security was also top-notch with card access for the main entrance and a reliable lift. There is an incredible choice of restaurants, bakeries, fries, and waffles are just minutes away. Overall, a lovely stay if you plan to explore on foot!
A few things to keep in mind: if you are driving a larger car like a Tesla Model Y, the parking garage is very tight with only a few inches of clearance on either side—it took me about 10 turns just to get in and out of the space, which was quite challenging! Additionally, the cobblestone street outside can be a bit noisy at night when cars drive by, and we encountered long queues at reception during check-in/out times.

The location! Just outside the metro station and near the center of the city.
The staff was great.
We had free coffee which we absolutely appreciated.
No WiFi on the room.
We booked a double bed and we got twin beds.
The room was a attic on the top floor.
Lack of communication before the stay.
The facilities on the room, like the kitchen facilities, the AC, wasn't as we expected and as we saw on the photos.
