Nice rooms, there is a gym, shuttle service to and from the airport, staff was nice, bed was really comfortable, smart tv
the shower head was leaking and the AC made weird noises, even when turned off.

Service from reception was realy great, on this case Pedro, but also others helped us out very good. They, and especially Pedro, made the difference.
People outside the hotel in Wallonie refuse to speak english. So as a tourist they do not want to help you in any way, very bad attitude against tourists. Not in the hotel, but everywhere else, in the airport, shops, etc.

Really comfortable hotel in sence of room size, bed size carpet floor, warm floors in bathroom, cleaness of bed linen and room design. Airconditioning worked perfectly. Also there is a possibility to open the window. 10 min from airport, hotel taxi 10 eu per person, or airpot taxi 20 euros the car. As outlined by other guests - it is unreachable by walking. In reception some vebding machine. In the room teapot and tea/coffee sachets.
I believe we were not the first ones who came to a wrong Ibis Airport, since were were 2 Ibis Airport hotels. Need to be very precise when travelling.

Stayed here before excellent location for the airport. Restaurant normally very good
There were 2 events taking place as a result there was no where to park and the restaurant service and one of the meals was poor. Those at the event were rowdy and the number of staff insufficient in number to cater for the people in the hotel as a whole.
