A beautiful hotel right in the heart of the city, friendly helpful staff, clean and well appointed rooms, and superb breakfasts.....Dukes Academie Hotel was perfect for a few days in Bruges.
The underground car park was very handy, however its quite tight to manouvre a vehicle around the pillars! It wouldn't put me off though worth mentioning if you visited with a larger car.

Hotel located in a side street with only seconds walk to one of the main streets, perfect. Room was lovely, situated at the front of the Hotel. Hotel staff were super as was the Breakfast (huge variety of high quality food to select from in a modern environmet - really nice). Should have taken more photos but very clean throughout and rooms kept immaculate. Nothing not to like and will return.
Nothing not to like, it was that good.

The staff were friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the trip. The hotel location was excellent and the breakfast was of good quality.
The executive room didn't have a bath (booking.com indicated that it did). The room heating/cooling system was bad, with the A/C being either off or on full blast, and the room had many very bright LEDs, which made sleep uncomfortable.
