The facilities were excellent considering this was a budget hotel. Location was perfect- well placed for the main sights and only 10/15 minutes from Gravensteins castle. The food served at the hotel looked nice but we ate across the square at Bridge which was superb. Right next to St Baaf’s Cathedral and recommend the VR experience re The Mystic Lamb.

Excellent location, in the heart of the city. The hotel was clean and staff were helpful. The breakfast was excellent.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect, close to all Ghent has to offer. We were able to book the parking which was also a benefit. The check in team were really helpful. A great cost effective stay for a group of 8 friends.
Parking was a little tight, just move the bins at the entrance to the car park to make access a little easier

It was central
Rooms very small.
Had to sit sideways on toilet due to no leg room.
No Breakfast included in what was an awful lot of money for just the tiny room ?
