The property was perfect, it was very relaxing, and the staff made us feel right at home. They also have a shuttle to take you into the village every few hours which is inclusive in the stay! The little touches made it even more special, in booking I had mentioned it was a special occasion and they went over and above to make it feel that way, even sending us home with a little souvenir of the place. Will definitely revisit !

We were upgraded to a suite. The staff and management were excellent, always helpful and exceeded expectations. The room was very clean, the pool area fantastic and the restaurant and bar perfect. Two staff, Massimo (bar area) and Giosita, in particular were excellent and extremely helpful.

The place was amazing. From the wonderful staff to the very underrated way it went about its business, keeping the customer as their number one priority. Excellent.

The location, the included breakfast,
The restaurant was not very good, the bed/pillows weren’t very comfortable, the 1 hr use by appt only of indoor pool/sauna/steam room was weird, the bathroom amenities were lacking, and the design/layout of the building didn’t make any sense. Felt like we were staying at a motel with a lot of unused space in the center.
