Great and comfortable room with direct access to the swimming pool (Swim up - The Reserve). Big variety of restaurants to eat every day, great breakfast buffet. Friendly Staff, special mention to "Santo", such a great guy which made our stay super special. If you like padel/tenis, Rafa Nadal Tenis Center is 2 min away from the lobby by golf cart.
I know it's not the hotel fault, but the beach sadly had some sargazo.

Property was big and nice staff was very nice
We didn’t have water at one point for about 30-45 min. Could not get face towels if needed more and room was not cleaned everyday. Saw roaches.
