The location, the buffet breakfast was amazing and lots of options, the beds were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had all the equipment for our baby
The bathroom and shower were not too big ( we had the kingsize lake view room)

We had a lovely comfortable stay as a family of 3 - the room was spacious and well stocked and staff were very polite and helpful. The property was ideally located close to the train station and metro, whilst also a short walk across the river to Gamla Stan. Would definitely recommend for a short trip in Stockholm!

Breakfast system... There was a guy who took his responsibility extremely and unnecessarily serious so each time 5-6 people were waiting in the queue to have breakfast
He was asking the room number of the guest, checking his list, acting very slow and then personally was leading every single guest to the breakfast hall and showing them where to sit. This was causing the other guests wait for him to arrive and repeat the same procedures which was causing a line of minimum 5-6 people waiting for 5 minutes
Ridiculous. Just let everybody to sit at a table they chose like it is in every hotel. So simple
