Fantastic view from the rooftop bar, excellent breakfast, great location
The hotel cancelled booking of a room my husband booked for his daughter, the day before we were arriving. We were given two different explanations. The first one was that his card was invalid, but it wasn’t true. The second was that the name on the card was different from the person for whom the room was booked. They actually have the same last name. The hotel said they called my husband about the booking but he didn’t have any missed calls on his phone

Location was good, across the street from the beach, amenities in the bathroom
Room was very noisy at night, the additional towels requested were provided the first day, the other days we had to request them again, the hall was humid and there was construction in the room at end of hall, gym wS under construction
