Love this hotel, this was probably our 12th visit...perhaps even more.
It was a shame that we cannot book a double-fronted room on booking.com, it appears these can only be booked via Groupotel directly.

Breakfast was superb. Bed and pillows comfy. Towels changed every day. Location suited us very well. 5mins Belmedina Marina. Staff very efficient.
Nothing.

Excellent choice of breakfast. Nice and clean room. Convenient location.

Staff were nice.
Lift broke, so my 84 year old Mother had to walk up and down stairs, which caused her ankles to swell.
The shower overflowed and flooded the bathroom as the drain was blocked. After the drain was cleaned the smell in the bathroom was not pleasant for a few hours.
As the hotel was part of the Melia group, we expected a better experience, but were sadly wrong.
